Spinach and Apple Oatmeal Waffles

Add the baby spinach in a blender. Add the steel cut oats, salt, egg, seasonings and Greek yogurt. Blend everything until smooth. prepare nuts and apple

Start adding some water Stir the batter well. At this point the batter should be thin enough to *just* run off the spatula, but no thinner. If it doesn’t add some more water. Set up your waffle maker and drizzle it with vegetable oil or spray with cooking spray Pour the mixture with a ladle until you reach the desired consistency. Cook the waffles for 6 minutes (or according to the instructions on the waffle iron). If your waffles are too moist, put them in the oven to dry out a little
