Strawberry Pancakes

  • A batch of classic pancakes
  • 1 punnet of blueberries
  • Maple syrup
  • Fresh mint leaves
  1. Spread each pancake with a little natural yoghurt.
  2. Stack the pancakes 3 high with banana pieces in between; you can also add a little brown sugar to the bananas if you like.
  3. Top the stack with two slices of orange, a good dollop of natural yoghurt and scatter with blueberries; drizzle with maple syrup and finish with mint leaves.
  4. Serve immediately while still warm!
