Dill Sauce
This sour cream dill sauce is great on fish, especially
salmon
. We like it on Pollack burgers. Add more lemon or
mustard
and even cucumber to suit your taste.

Ingredients

cup
sour cream
1 ½
tablespoons
Dijon
-style prepared
mustard
Optional

tablespoon
lemon juice

teaspoons
chopped fresh dill
1/2
teaspoon
granulated garlic

small Cucumber finely diced
optional
Instructions
Mix together sour cream,
mustard
, lemon juice, garlic, and dill until well blended. Chill before serving.
