Dill Sauce

This sour cream dill sauce is great on fish, especially salmon. We like it on Pollack burgers. Add more lemon or mustard and even cucumber to suit your taste.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Dijon-style prepared mustard Optional
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 small Cucumber finely diced optional

Instructions

  • Mix together sour cream, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, and dill until well blended. Chill before serving.
