green cabbage

broccoli slaw

thinly sliced Brussels sprouts

chicory
1/4
cup
roasted
pumpkin seeds
1/4
cup
cranberries
1/2
cup
Panera's poppyseed dressing
. (or make your own from our recipe)
Instructions
Wash all ingredients except the seeds and cranberries
Chop the Kale, Cabbage, and Chicory
Trim the Brussels sprouts and
slice
thinly using a sharp
knife
or DASH
Safe Mandoline
Mix all ingredients and add dressing to taste
