Sweet Kale Superfood Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups baby Kale
  • 1 cup green cabbage
  • 1/2 cup broccoli slaw
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced Brussels sprouts
  • 1 cup chicory
  • 1/4 cup roasted pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup cranberries
  • 1/2 cup Panera's poppyseed dressing. (or make your own from our recipe)

Instructions
 

  • Wash all ingredients except the seeds and cranberries
  • Chop the Kale, Cabbage, and Chicory
  • Trim the Brussels sprouts and slice thinly using a sharp knife or DASH Safe Mandoline
  • Mix all ingredients and add dressing to taste
