Ingredients

ground bison
¼
pound
ground pork
1/2
teaspoon
salt
1/2
teaspoon
garlic
granulated or fresh
1
small yellow onion
finely diced
3
tablespoons
fresh parsley
1
teaspoon
ground black pepper
1
tablespoon
thyme fresh or dried
1
teaspoon
Worcestershire
sauce
Instructions
Preheat the
oven
to bake 350 degrees F.
In a medium mixing bowl add the
ground bison
, ground pork, and seasonings. Mix well to incorporate.
Using your hands, form the mixture into balls about 1-inch in diameter.
Place on
parchment paper
on a
sheet pan
in the
oven
and monitor 1/2 hour at a time, turn as necessary.
Remove and serve.
