This is so easy and so good. It's always the hit of the party and it's gone before anything else on the table

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 5 avocados - peeled pitted, and mashed
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 cup minced green onion
  • 1/2 cup minced fresh cilantro
  • 1 whole Tomatoe diced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 seeded Serrano Pepper finely diced

Instructions
 

  • Stir together the avocado and lime juice in a serving bowl; add the green onion and cilantro; mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately or store covered in refrigerator with avocado pits in the bowl air tight covered with plastic wrap to keep from browning

You might want to add some even simpler steps:
  1. Use frozen Avocado available at Smart n Final or Costco
  2. Use a readymade chunky tomato salsa that is spicy
