  • 1/2 cup Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Non-Fat Sour Cream Or Buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/8 cup Dijon or dry mustard to taste
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 1 cup crumbled blue cheese divided
  • 1 tablespoon Pineapple Juice optional
  • 1/2 large head green cabbage shredded
  • 2 carrots shredded
  • 4 green onions sliced thin
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley


  • Whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, pineapple juice, sea salt, celery seeds and blue cheese. .. In a large bowl combine cabbage, carrots, and ½ of green onions. Toss with yogurt mixture and sprinkle with remaining green onions, blue cheese, and parsley.



Here is the easy way:   Use Crumbled blue cheese or even Feta cheese.  Add to a container of Bolthouse Chunky Blue Cheese dressing.  Its low calorie and carb and yogurt-based. It also works for chicken wings
